A leading company in AI seeks a QA professional to ensure the quality of data sets. Responsibilities include managing quality assessments, training teams, and producing weekly quality reports. The role requires fluency in Spanish and strong English skills, with the possibility of remote work.

Formación

Descripción del empleo

Our QA team is the goalkeeper of the overall quality of the data set.

During the training & preparation phase of the project, our team is responsible for collecting requests from clients and developing comprehensive annotation guidelines. We assist other teams with training and prepare for production within the expected timeframe.

During the production stage, our team works in a task queue to inspect data submitted by other teams and is responsible for resolving cross-team misalignments.

Responsibilities:
  • BPO QA: Responsible for overall quality management.
  • Training: Planning and preparation of training materials; delivering training to labeling teams; coordinating testing and aligning results with TikTok QA.
  • Production Updates: Updating applications and aligning tasks for labeling teams; daily quality data updates.
  • Quality Assessment & Governance: Validating sampling results; reviewing or clearing diff cases.
  • Quality Alignment: Calibration with labeling teams; project quality assessment and analysis; RCA, trend analysis, and action plans.
  • Quality Reporting / Weekly Review: Weekly quality reports and action planning for performance management.
  • Acceptance Quality Assessment: Reviewing acceptance/demander sampling and handling appeals.
  • Others: Additional tasks under QA roles may be added flexibly.
Qualifications:
  • Fluent Spanish speaker based in the EU.
  • English proficiency at C1 level or above (listening, speaking, writing).
  • Native English speaker or equivalent.
  • Prior experience as a Quality Checker/Analyst is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills Required:
  • Data analysis and reporting (RCA, daily reports, quality analysis).
  • Training delivery.
  • Quality management (P00 request).
  • Team management.
  • Comprehensive understanding ability.
  • Experience in customer service industry (for e-commerce and customer service projects).

BPO QA roles can be performed remotely.
