We are currently looking for an Accounting Manager to join our team.

Mission:

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for the performance and results of the accounting department/area. This includes managing accounting policies, controls, fiscal controls, preparing financial reports, and safeguarding the organization's assets. The role involves maintaining accurate accounting and financial records, managing the general ledger, financial statements, regulatory and management reports, and overseeing daily accounting activities to ensure accuracy and compliance. The manager will also handle collection and credit management, adapt departmental plans to operational challenges, ensure project and business targets are met within budgets, and recommend and implement departmental procedures. Providing guidance to employees, colleagues, and customers is also essential.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Manage a team of accounting professionals and oversee daily operations.
• Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Analyze financial data to provide decision-making insights.
• Oversee reconciliation and maintenance of general ledger accounts.
• Manage collections and credit processes.
• Coordinate internal and external audit processes.
• Implement improvements to accounting systems and procedures.
• Monitor financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments for financial planning and analysis.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording and reporting of financial information (P&L, B/S, Cash flow).
• Reconcile financial accounts and resolve outstanding issues promptly.
• Identify, document, and implement process improvements for sustainable controls.
• Coordinate cross-business unit efforts to develop and deploy standardized processes for consistency and quality.
• Support system implementations to ensure cost-effective migration and control environment.
• Improve month-end close cycle, reduce financial risks, and standardize processes.
• Drive improvements in working capital and cash flow performance.
• Coordinate tax, legal, and statutory issues with business units timely.
• Work closely with senior management to ensure timely financial reporting.
• Provide accounting guidance and act as a business partner to support business goals.
• Participate in acquisition analysis, due diligence, reengineering, and special projects, ensuring accounting accuracy.
• Coach and mentor staff to enhance their accounting, risk management, and analytical skills.
