Our client is a key player in everyday consumer contracts. Their all-in-one comparison platform, launched in 2017, connects consumers with top providers in telecommunications, insurance, electricity, and gas across France.

The company operates in several European countries (Spain, Greece, Portugal, etc.) and currently employs over 1,000 advisors. With offices already in Rouen and Tunis, the company is now expanding its European hub in Barcelona.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls : actively listen and identify customer needs to offer the most suitable solution.
  • Advise and sell energy and telecom contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage contract signing, adapting the process to the specific needs of each customer.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the success of your team.

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone passionate about sales and customer contact, with a dynamic and result-driven mindset. We’d love to have you on the team if :

  • You have initial experience in sales (ideally in telesales or call centers).
  • You enjoy selling, taking on challenges, and reaching ambitious goals.
  • You're confident on the phone and enjoy talking to new people.
  • You speak Greek fluently
  • You're results-oriented, analytical, and capable of making decisions, ideally with knowledge of CRM tools.
  • Experience with a comparison platform or direct sales company is considered a plus.
