Job Title: Part-Time Customer Support & Operations Assistant (Europe-based)

We are seeking a customer-centric team member based in Europe to join our team as a part-time contractor. You will be a vital part of our operations team, assisting in booking tours for our customers and covering emergency phone lines on weekends. As the first point of contact during trips, you'll help address urgent inquiries and manage disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist Destination Managers in French-speaking & Iberica destinations by preparing final itineraries and conducting end-of-week meetings for weekend arrivals.
  2. Support customer service by managing urgent inquiries and disruptions during trips.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in travel planning, event management, or customer service.
  • Fluent in English and French, with a good command of Spanish.
  • Availability to be on call two weekends a month, including Friday evenings, with reliable phone and internet access.
  • Able to work freelance hours aligned with European time zones.
Additional Details:
  • Remote working/home office setup.
  • Part-time role mainly during weekends, with some preparation hours on Fridays.
  • Opportunity to earn extra income with flexible hours.
  • Training provided on activities, supplier contacts, emergency procedures, and customer handling.
  • This position is planned as a temporary role from March to August, with potential for extension based on development.
