Junior IT / OT Cybersecurity Analyst (Pharmaceutical Sector)

Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Junior IT / OT Cybersecurity Analyst to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.

As a Junior IT / OT Cybersecurity Analyst, you will join our dynamic cybersecurity team. Your main responsibilities will include supporting the operational aspects of cybersecurity systems and contributing to maintaining a secure digital environment.

Responsibilities :

1. Assist in managing the ticketing system, including incidents, security incidents, and problem tickets.
2. Ensure tickets are complete and all relevant events are documented.
3. Maintain timely documentation and adhere to SLAs.
4. Support future investigations by maintaining ticket content.
5. Assist in maintaining OT cybersecurity systems.
6. Execute predefined tasks to support OT cybersecurity under senior team members' guidance.
7. Participate in security incident handling.
8. Assist in vulnerability management.

Experience :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5. Eagerness to learn and grow in OT cybersecurity.
