As an Ops & Support Associate, you'll be working closely with our customers and accountants to provide top-notch support and guide them through the tax-filing process. We're seeking positive, enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and want to join our early-stage startup.

We're a small operations team, so we need proactive individuals who are ready to dive in headfirst and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. From day one, you'll need to immerse yourself in our company, build your knowledge of our platform, and even grow your own tax knowledge (Don’t worry, our friendly team will provide you with training!)

As a Customer Support & Operations Specialist, you’ll :

Provide top-notch customer support : Assist customers via email, phone, and live chat, resolving inquiries and guiding them through the tax-filing process.

Support accountant collaboration : Collaborate with departments like Product or Marketing to support cross-functional initiatives and ensure smooth workflows.

Share feedback and ideas to help us refine our customer support and operational processes.

You’ll provide inbound customer support via email, phone, and live chat.

You’ll tackle a wide range of issues, from ensuring that every tax return is completed correctly to managing our relationship with accountant partners. You’ll also participate in projects aimed at helping us build a bigger, better business. You are native in Spanish and proficient in English . We are a UK-based company, but we operate in Spain, therefore Customer Support is fully conducted in Spanish.

Your passion for technology and your desire to understand our product inside out will be your driving force.

You have previous customer service experience.
