Regional Marketing Manager (Remote, Spain)

We are looking for a data-driven Regional Marketing Manager with a strong background in Field / Regional marketing, demand generation skills, people management experience, and virtual event expertise. In this role, you will be responsible for building, driving, planning, and executing marketing programs targeting customers and prospects that contribute directly to the sales pipeline goals. Strong planning, organizational, communication, leadership, and execution skills are essential. A deep understanding of your region is critical to prescribe effective programs.

Responsibilities :

  • Drive adoption and lead generation programs to develop qualified sales leads, accelerate pipeline, and increase brand awareness within the region.
  • Lead quarterly planning sessions with sales leadership to set objectives, strategies, and priorities for regional marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with regional sales stakeholders to develop an integrated ABM demand generation plan aligned with corporate marketing strategies.
  • Identify, plan, and execute in-person field events, account-based marketing initiatives, regional webinars, trade shows, Grafana-hosted events, and more to meet regional targets.
  • Create event marketing plans, including goals, budgets, schedules, presentations, executive communications, post-event surveys, and reporting.
  • Foster collaboration within the regional marketing team to share lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor progress and measure results of marketing campaigns through pipeline inspection and deal tracking.
  • Manage a regional marketing dashboard to track the effectiveness of marketing spend on pipeline growth using appropriate tools.
  • Oversee partner and channel marketing strategies to prioritize strategic partners for joint marketing efforts.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in Field / Regional Marketing or similar roles.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40% to support programs and meetings.
  • Experience with SFDC (reporting, campaign management, data hygiene).
  • Willingness to support marketing programs outside of local time zones and normal business hours.
  • Ability to align strategies with open source go-to-market motions.
  • Knowledge of Splash, Marketo, Clearbit, DemandTools, Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Proficiency in German, French, or Spanish is required.

In Spain, the OTE range for this role is €61,000 - €74,000. Compensation varies based on experience and skills, with benefits including equity, bonuses, and other perks listed on our careers page.
