Your To-Dos

• You will transform agile start-up structures into a scalable, performance-oriented controlling environment.
• You will develop controlling into a proactive management tool – with a focus on sales potential, profit optimization, and operational KPIs.
• You will establish and further develop a management information system for various corporate divisions – from the executive level to the value streams.
• You will create short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts and conduct regular target-actual comparisons.
• You will prepare margin and cost analyses and derive concrete recommendations for action.
• You will continuously identify optimization potential – both financial and operational – and consistently implement improvements.
• You will establish controlling standards and processes for our international subsidiaries – with a particular focus on the growing Spanish market.

Your Skills

• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in controlling, finance, or a related field.
• You communicate confidently in English, and Spanish (German nice to have)
• You have already worked in dynamic, high-growth environments and are comfortable with changing structures.
• You have experience in setting up new processes and systems – and enjoy developing your own solutions using modern tools such as BI or AI, rather than simply adopting familiar templates.
• Ideally, you have already worked in an international or software-based business model.
• You are detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive – with a high standard of accuracy and impact.
• You remain calm and solution-oriented, even when things get stressful.
• You have the potential to represent the Director of Finance in certain areas or to relieve them of their workload.
• You have a high level of interpersonal skills and can consistently demand results.
• You work independently and actively and largely independently.
• Location : Ideally, you live in or near Girona, Barcelona, or Madrid (Spain).
