This is not a fully remote role. While we’ve listed multiple locations, we are hiring for a single position. We’re looking for one new colleague to join our team in one of the following countries : Switzerland, Serbia, the Netherlands, United Kingdom, or Spain.

Position Description :
As a Business Development Director, you will drive the growth of STRADE’s customer base and market presence within EMEA region. Your mission will be to identify and seize new business opportunities—building connections, generating and nurturing leads, converting prospects into long-term partners, and establishing strategic agreements.
You will represent STRADE within the aviation industry, strengthening our position in the market and expanding our network of buyers and sellers across the STRADE Marketplace. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on relationship management and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable growth.
