Job Description:

The Amazon Prime Video Legal team is seeking a passionate, results-oriented, and innovative Program Manager to lead PV-wide legal initiatives supporting our fast-growing and complex global organization. The Program Manager will be a key member of the European legal team, focusing on managing complex regulatory legal programs and projects.

The successful candidate will:

• Be an exceptional project manager capable of distilling complex requirements into simple, actionable plans.
• Be proactive, highly motivated, and skilled in critical thinking and process improvement, aiding in developing systems for legal compliance.
• Be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work well with cross-functional teams.
• Invent, simplify, and improve inefficient or complex processes.
• Organize tasks, prioritize demands, find solutions, and ensure successful completion.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication.

Key Responsibilities:

You will manage the lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs and projects across organizations and geographies, requiring coordination and dedicated project management. You will oversee the gap between teams, processes, and systems, solving ambiguous problems and proactively mitigating risks.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• 3+ years of experience in program or project management
• Experience using data and metrics for improvements
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams (Tax, Accounting)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience managing and disseminating project information to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with a legal department in legal operations or as a Program/Project Manager or Paralegal
• Program/project management certification (e.g., Scrum, Prince2)
• Knowledge of legal compliance requirements
• Experience in a global corporate environment
• Knowledge of other EU languages, preferably German, Italian, French, or Spanish
