About the Role :

We’re looking for a B2B International Sales Director, a driven, experienced, and passionate sales leader ready to build a lasting legacy. This role is for someone who doesn't just want to sell a product , but wants to help reshape an industry .

You’ll be responsible for spearheading our B2B partnership strategy with pharmaceutical companies, distributors, and healthcare players across international markets. Whether it’s a traditional pharma company looking to enter consumer healthcare, or a healthcare group ready to expand its portfolio with innovative digital and natural solutions, you’ll lead the charge.

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role where you’ll work closely with the founding team and leadership to define strategy, execute flawlessly, and scale our presence worldwide.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the full B2B sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing to post-deal relationship management.
  • Design and execute the sales strategy for international expansion in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Build tailored commercial proposals and negotiate deals that generate long-term value.
  • Leverage your expertise in telehealth and digital health to position Curalife as a category-defining partner.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and medical teams to align sales efforts with product evolution and go-to-market strategy.
  • Represent Curalife at industry events, trade shows, and strategic networking opportunities.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of proven success in international B2B sales, preferably in Consumer Healthcare / Pharma, telehealth, or digital health .
  • Strong network and understanding of the healthcare / pharma decision-making ecosystem.
  • Strategic thinker and tactical executor. You can build the plan and close the deal.
  • Experience selling high-value, long-cycle B2B partnerships.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • High energy, ambition, and entrepreneurial mindset. You thrive in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience with HubSpot is a valuable plus.
