LEADS - SALES REPRESENTATIVE (SWEDISH SPEAKING) REMOTE (H / M / X)

We have been in Spain and Portugal for more than twenty years, offering employment to more than 4,000 people. We currently have 26 offices to provide service to our employees and more than 800 clients.

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented sales representative and lead generator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying leads, initiating contacts and qualifying leads to support the sales process. This is an essential role that lays the foundation for our business development efforts.

Responsibilities

Initiate outbound communication (email, phone) with potential customers.

Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.

Maintain and update accurate records in the CRM system.

Set meetings for sales representatives.

Requirements

Are bilingual or proficient in Swedish and have an advanced level of English

Sales experience or knowledge.

Strong communication skills—verbal and written.

Attention to detail and organisational skills.

What we offer

Working hours : 39 hours per week.

Full time (39h) contract, from Monday to Friday, it can be full time 08.00h – 15.00h or part time 09.00 - 18.00h.

  • Temporary Contract.

Salary : 20.000€ gross / year + 3.000€ bonus gross / year.

  • Full paid training on the company and the project you'll be working on.
  • Working remotely from Spain.
