Formación

Position : Supervisor of Distribution Procedures

Location : Soria (onsite)

Responsibilities :

  • Implement and supervise the execution of procedures within your scope, following instructions from the National Technical Director and current legal regulations, ensuring good distribution practices and compliance with applicable laws.
  • Implement mandatory standards related to pharmaceutical products, IT, medication recalls, etc., within good distribution practices.
  • Monitor and control warehouse procedures.
  • Verify compliance with quality assurance standards in receiving, packaging, labeling, and distributing products.
  • Apply and ensure adherence to correct distribution practices.
  • Determine the origin of medicines, medicinal substances, and pharmaceutical products supplied by warehouses.
  • Supervise and control complaints, taking necessary measures.
  • Ensure compliance with laws on controlled substances and psychotropic medications.
  • Monitor environmental conditions in storage areas.
  • Evaluate and approve processes related to medicines, including returns, rejections, withdrawals, and falsifications.
  • Collaborate with health authorities and serve as their point of contact.
  • Maintain technical documentation related to distribution authorization and good practices.
  • Ensure compliance with FMD regulations regarding falsified medicines and communicate this to relevant parties.
  • Handle deviations and claims related to assigned projects.
  • Conduct regular self-inspections and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain proper records of projects and activities.
  • Supervise the adequacy of facilities, equipment, and transportation to ensure proper storage, conservation, and distribution of medicines, meeting manufacturer specifications and delivery schedules.

Requirements :

  • University degree in Pharmacy and a specialization Master's degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • Leadership and team motivation skills.
  • Knowledge of LEAN methodology.
  • Understanding of occupational risk prevention.
  • Familiarity with current legal regulations.

Note : This role requires onsite work in Soria.
