Our vision is to be the #1 ed-tech choice for vocational training institutions in Spain. We are seeking our first marketing hire to drive impact within the industry, reaching more schools and students in need of our solutions.

What you will do

Lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives in Spain, focusing on attracting quality leads, strengthening brand presence, and improving conversions. As the first marketing hire, you will shape the marketing function at Esemtia and grow with the company. This role is remote within Spain and reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage marketing strategies and budgets to engage and convert leads.
  2. Set measurable objectives aligned with business goals.
  3. Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams.
  4. Oversee multi-channel campaigns across email, digital ads, SEO, content, and social media.
  5. Partner with sales and larger teams to develop lead nurturing and scoring mechanisms.

Brand Credibility & Trust

  1. Refine brand positioning, messaging, and awareness strategies.
  2. Enhance visibility through SEO, social media, and industry events.
  3. Manage online reviews and ensure brand consistency across channels.

Content Strategy & Thought Leadership

  1. Manage website content, SEO, and UI/UX improvements.
  2. Create diverse content formats targeting school directors and educators.
  3. Experiment with new content formats like videos and podcasts.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  1. Establish KPIs and track campaign performance.
  2. Implement marketing automation tools for reporting.
  3. Analyze data and optimize strategies regularly.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and opportunities.

What we are looking for

  • Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
  • 3-5 years in marketing, preferably in SaaS and B2B sectors; experience in education is a plus.
  • Proven success in multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Strong brand, content, and audience engagement skills.
  • Experience with CMS, Elementor, analytics tools, and managing freelancers.
  • Experience with webinars and event management is a plus.
