We are currently recruiting a new Product Manager for the Sweet Ingredients Segment.

Details

At Disproquima, we are seeking a Product Manager with experience in the Sweet Segments of the Food Industry (including Dairy, Confectionery, Bakery, Chocolates, and Beverages) to join our Global Food & Beverages team. This role involves managing ingredient suppliers and providing technical support to our international sales teams. Key responsibilities include:

1. Defining strategic suppliers for the sweet segments portfolio.
2. Identifying and selecting strategic products within the sweet segments.
3. Creating and maintaining supplier relationships.
4. Negotiating prices and managing distribution and customer protection agreements.
5. Searching for new represented companies.
6. Analyzing purchases and proposing strategies.
7. Managing incidents and claims collaboratively with the Quality Department.
8. Conducting trend analysis.
9. Representing the company at specialized trade fairs.
10. Providing technical and commercial support to the sales network.
11. Achieving budget targets for their portfolio.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technologies or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in R&D roles within the food industry, focusing on sweet product development.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Commercial skills (experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Willingness to travel.
