Korn Ferry is seeking a contract IT Risk Assessment Manager, preferably with banking experience, to join an ongoing project with an established client in the Digital Banking sector.

Key requirements include:

• Remote work within GMT core hours; teams are international.
• 12-month initial contract with a good chance of extension.
• Hourly rate on an Autonomo contract basis.

Responsibilities:

1. Compliance with DORA Regulations: Review and upgrade existing procedures to ensure compliance; develop and implement new procedures as needed.
2. COBIT Audit Systems: Conduct control audits using COBIT; identify gaps; design controls to meet standards.
3. Technology Risk Assessments: Perform risk assessments; identify vulnerabilities; develop mitigation strategies.
4. EU Resilience and Cyber Regulations: Ensure compliance; stay updated with legal changes.
5. Updated Procedures and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation; produce reports on compliance, risks, and progress.

Skills:

• Experience in designing and implementing COBIT control frameworks.
• Strong understanding of DORA; experience with DORA compliance programs preferred.
• Experience working in multinational, multicultural environments (US and India operations).
• Ability to prepare and deliver board-level presentations.
