We work seamlessly to push through client limitations and think beyond just the brand, e-commerce, and marketing. Everything we do is directly translatable into online revenue.

About the role: STERRY Limited is seeking a remote Marketing Manager focusing on Europe, particularly Germany, France, Spain, and Italy. The role requires managing diverse markets and working across various cultures.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. A Master’s degree in International Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Administration is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven track record in digital marketing management, especially within international markets or European contexts. Experience working remotely and managing multi-channel campaigns across different countries. Familiarity with social media, SEO, PPC, email, and content marketing.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian is highly advantageous, depending on the focus markets.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in digital marketing strategies and tools such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and marketing automation platforms. Ability to analyze data using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
  • Cultural Understanding: Deep knowledge of consumer behaviors and local regulations (e.g., GDPR) in target countries. Ability to localize campaigns effectively.
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lead and collaborate with remote teams and external partners.
  • Strategic & Analytical Skills: Ability to develop marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working across different time zones, with flexibility to pivot strategies as needed.
  • Client Management: Skilled in building client relationships, presenting results, and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Tools & Platforms: Proficiency with collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Trello), CRM systems (Salesforce), and ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Certifications (Optional): Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, SEMrush or Moz certifications.
  • Soft Skills: Problem-solving, time management, self-discipline, proactive mindset.
  • Other Qualifications: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) and B2B/ABM strategies. Local influencer or partner networks are a plus.
