Formación

As we expand into the European market in 2025, we seek high-impact Account Executives to fuel growth. With strong product-market fit and rising demand, this role is vital to our success in the region. About the role

  1. Develop and implement a strategic account plan to meet revenue goals within European markets.
  2. Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
  3. Manage the full sales cycle, with experience in inbound and outbound sales, focusing primarily on outbound activities.
  4. Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  5. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to customize solutions for clients.
  6. Provide insights on market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to support European expansion.
  7. Keep accurate records of all client interactions, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.
  8. Represent Hostaway at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and expand the client base.

Minimum requirements

  1. At least 3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  2. Native-level Spanish and fluent English skills; additional languages like French or Italian are a plus.
  3. Results-oriented, proactive, with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  4. Good business sense and ability to manage the entire sales process.
  5. Proven success in exceeding quotas in a fast-growth environment.
  6. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic market.
  8. Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and sales automation platforms.
