Would you like to represent a broker with a strong market reputation and unique binders/facilities with Lloyd's Underwriters (Small Commercial Craft, Marine Trades, Marine War, and Yachts)?

A family-run, specialty Marine Insurance Broker with offices across Continental Europe is seeking to expand their team. An opportunity is available based in Spain (Remote).

The company :

• Specialists in the brown and blue water insurance market, with expertise in H&M, P&I, Marine War, and Yacht/Small Commercial Craft Insurance. They maintain strong relationships with Underwriters across Europe, including Lloyd's/London market facilities.
• Being part of a family-run business, you will have the chance to contribute ideas and have a voice within the company. You will join a collaborative team and can positively impact the company's growth.

The role / offer :

• As a Marine Insurance Broker/Producer, you will develop relationships with new prospects in your chosen market. Networking opportunities include local Insurance Brokers/agencies and direct client engagement, along with generating referrals from existing clients.
• You will work with a support team handling administrative tasks to ensure consistent client service.
• An attractive compensation package includes a base salary plus a commission structure (up to 2.5% of new business premium written).
• Applicants should be experienced, well-connected Marine Insurance Brokers with a track record of developing new business. Exposure to Yacht, Hull & Machinery, P&I, or Commercial Craft Insurance is preferred, along with a preference for those who enjoy working in a close-knit team.
