The Role
In this position, you will provide clinical support to our team, assisting with tasks that require your medical expertise to ensure the quality of healthcare services for our patients. Your responsibilities include:
- Understanding our healthcare professionals across more than 40 countries.
- Gaining a deep understanding of our services and user interfaces.
- Managing relationships with healthcare professionals to impact user experience positively.
- Monitoring performance against SLAs.
Objectives
Your main objectives are:
- Providing medical expertise and guidance on tasks requiring such knowledge.
- Collaborating to improve the quality and efficiency of telemedicine services.
- Proposing process improvements and technological advancements.
Tasks
- Ensuring smooth operation of telemedicine services using your clinical expertise.
- Creating and maintaining accurate medical documentation.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Developing and implementing telemedicine protocols and workflows.
- Supporting administrative tasks requiring medical knowledge.
- Analyzing data to assess service quality and identify improvement areas.
- Building, analyzing, and presenting reports.
- Participating in launching services in new markets.
- Proposing internal process improvements.
Requirements
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Barcelona (20 hours/week). The ideal candidate:
- Has an interest in healthcare and technology.
- Is a recent Medical School graduate or a senior medical student exploring digital health careers.
- Possesses strong organizational and project management skills.
- Is proficient with technology tools and software.
- Can manage time independently.
- Is curious, trustworthy, and adaptable to the tech startup environment.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Previous healthcare-focused role experience, including practice medicine, telemedicine, medical recruitment, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
