As the Purchasing Director, you will be responsible for leading their procurement strategy and managing the purchasing department. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. Your role will be crucial in driving supplier performance, optimising costs, and supporting their sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Procurement : Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Supplier Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure supplier performance meets company standards.
• Cost Optimisation : Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or service.
• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the purchasing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and manage risks associated with the supply chain.
