A global leader in crew accommodation solutions seeks a seasoned professional as an Account Director, focusing on client relationship management and strategic recommendations. This remote position requires strong problem-solving and leadership skills, along with a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in the travel industry.

Formación

  • Over 7 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably with hotel experience.
  • Strong MS Office skills and excellent communication.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

API is seeking a seasoned professional to join our company as an Account Director . The position will be based remotely in the Madrid, Spain region. The Account Director is the main point of contact for clients and will actively manage existing client relationships with our partners, always focusing on the best interests of our clients and API.

Day-to-Day Account Management : Collaborate with the sales team to meet client needs, share leads, and ensure client satisfaction.

Hotel Express & ACES : Ensure proper loading and maintenance of negotiated rates and hotel contract information in respective platforms.

CRM : Maintain accurate client and hotel data, understand client needs, and provide strategic recommendations. Essential skills include problem-solving, relationship building, business acumen, strategic thinking, results orientation, negotiation, leadership, customer focus, process management, market knowledge, budgeting, technical skills, and communication.

This role is remotely operated, requiring regular communication and the physical ability to perform typical office tasks.

It is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, with occasional evening or weekend work and up to 25% travel. Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in the travel industry, with hotel experience, a bachelor’s degree, strong MS Office skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
