Formación

• Deep experience as an Anaplan Model Builder or Consultant, ideally in Finance and retail industry.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Anaplan.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.

About our partner

On behalf of our partner C&A, we are looking for the best talent to join rindus. C&A is a multinational retail clothing brand, with stores across Europe. We are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division, headquartered in Düsseldorf (Germany). You will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain) or from home.

What you'll be doing

After an intensive selection process for a planning software, initially for financial planning, Anaplan's planning software was chosen. Following a successful MVP, Anaplan is now to be rolled out further and used for all planning scenarios in the financial area / business navigation. This project will be carried out with the support of Anaplan and an external service provider. Internal capabilities will be directly involved in this project so that the software can be maintained and further developed independently later. Currently, this team consists of one Anaplan Model Builder and one Product Manager, supported by an Integration Specialist. To complete this team, we are looking for a Senior Anaplan Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will play a steering role from the development side and work closely with our Business Analyst / Product Manager and Business Stakeholders.
• With your deep expertise, you will bring Anaplan knowledge into the team and organization, and train and enable new resources.
• You will support our implementation project in collaboration with our internal team and the external partner.
• You will define Anaplan solution designs, best practices, scope, and effort estimates for new model requests, and review federated models.
• You will own the configuration and maintenance of centralized models and the Data Hub, maintain the data dictionary, and serve as the final support for defect resolution.
• You will create and manage data models, calculations, and business logic underpinning the application's functionality.
• You will be responsible for developing and optimizing planning processes and scenarios in collaboration with the Business Navigation team.
• You will integrate data from various sources into the Anaplan model, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• You will test and validate the model to ensure it meets business requirements and performs as expected.

Key Relationships:

• The most important relationships will be internal with IT colleagues and the business, as well as external with service providers and directly with Anaplan.

What you'll bring

• Deep experience as an Anaplan Model Builder or Consultant, ideally in Finance and retail industry.
• Strong understanding of financial planning.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of business processes and data flow.
• Ability to understand complex business problems and design suitable solutions.
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented, open to agile working, and proactive.
• Degree in informatics, economics, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Anaplan.
• Experience in project work and project management support.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
