Formación

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in IT leadership roles.
  • Knowledge of European IT & OT standards is a plus.

Descripción del empleo

We are seeking a Digital Center Manager to join a leading multinational renewable energy company. The ideal candidate is passionate about renewable energy and eager for professional growth.

Functions & Responsibilities:
  1. Assist department heads in defining and implementing the company's IT strategy, ensuring the availability, security, and scalability of IT & OT systems.
  2. Develop and align IT & OT strategies with overall business objectives; contribute to the company's IT roadmap.
  3. Support the planning, design, and setup of information systems.
  4. Maintain, optimize, and provide technical support for the company's systems (ERP, OA, etc.).
  5. Manage and optimize the data center, including access, servers, networks, and cybersecurity.
  6. Oversee IT & OT communication for office, data center, and renewable assets.
  7. Develop and manage crisis and cybersecurity plans to ensure business continuity.
  8. Ensure proper functioning of hardware, software, and support services.
  9. Evaluate and recommend new technological solutions.
  10. Lead and manage internal and outsourced teams.
  11. Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and contracts per HQ requirements.
  12. Assist in developing and managing the department's annual budget, monitoring IT expenditures, and managing fixed assets.
  13. Coordinate communication with China HQ.
  14. Perform other tasks as assigned by EVP or management.
Qualifications:

Required:

  • Degree in computer science, information technology, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in IT leadership roles.

Bonus Points:

  • Knowledge of European IT & OT standards, including GDPR, cybersecurity standards, ITIL, ISO 27001, and industrial protocols.
  • Experience in renewable energy sector, team management, and familiarity with European market regulations and suppliers.
