Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with a strong background in Supply Chain Systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle EBS, system integration, API development, and the latest supply chain technologies. This role requires a collaborative team player with Agile experience and a passion for continuous improvement in supply chain operations. You will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Technical Responsibilities :
2. Develop and optimize ERP Supply Chain Systems, primarily Oracle EBS.
3. Experience with supply chain applications like BlueYonder (JDA), TMS (BluJay), Llamasoft, and related tools is a plus.
4. Design and build APIs for system integration with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM).
5. Follow best practices in design, coding, testing, and deployment for quality solutions.
6. Stay updated with supply chain technology trends, driving innovation.
7. Promote collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence within the team.
8. Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and provide feedback to ensure quality.
9. Agile Development :
10. Participate in Agile ceremonies like stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives.
11. Ensure tasks are scoped, prioritized, and delivered within sprints.
12. Work with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to align stories with business needs.

Supply Chain Systems Expertise :

1. Leverage knowledge of supply chain systems to improve efficiency and visibility.
2. Apply best practices in demand planning, transportation, warehouse management, and inventory optimization.
3. Collaborate with logistics, operations, and IT teams to align technical solutions with business requirements.

Business Collaboration :

1. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure system alignment with strategic goals.
2. Translate business needs into technical tasks for developers.
3. Ensure seamless integration of supply chain systems with other enterprise platforms.

Project Management & Strategic Planning :

1. Align project development with business objectives and timelines.
2. Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
3. Improve development processes for scalability, efficiency, and quality.

Integration & Automation :

1. Lead integration of supply chain systems with ERP, CRM, WMS, etc.
2. Implement automation to enhance supply chain performance and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Expertise in Oracle EBS (preferably R12), including customizations and API integrations.
• Knowledge of EDI / B2B technologies.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Proven leadership and mentorship skills.
• Strong skills in translating requirements and understanding database and system integration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with supply chain platforms like BlueYonder, BluJay, Llamasoft, TMS, WMS.
• Knowledge of EDI tools like IBM Gentran, and order-to-cash processes.
• Technical skills in Oracle PL/SQL, Forms, XML Publisher, OBIEE, OIC.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and microservices.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with transportation, demand planning, and inventory algorithms.
• Understanding of ERP integration and data flows.
