Job Title : Inside Sales Representative-Danish Speaking

Location : Barcelona

Job Summary :

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting within a defined book of business. This role involves scheduling remote meetings, identifying customer requirements, and mapping solutions to meet those needs. The ISR will maintain consistent customer contact through regular dials and meetings, ensuring renewals, customer satisfaction, and collaboration with internal teams to build strong customer relationships, leading to increased sales and quota attainment.

Your role in our mission :

  • Prospect within a defined book of business and schedule remote meetings with potential and existing customers.
  • Prepare thoroughly for each sales call, focusing on pre-meeting preparation, overcoming objections, and post-meeting follow-up.
  • Identify customer requirements and match them to Iron Mountain solutions through consultative selling.
  • Support contract renewals by engaging with customers, addressing concerns, and collaborating with renewal teams to retain at-risk clients.
  • Drive solutions sales via prospecting, networking, and marketing initiatives to expand Iron Mountain's footprint and revenue.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, working with customer service, operations, and sales teams for a seamless experience.
  • Utilize CRM and analytical tools to analyze customer data and foster profitable growth.
  • Build strong customer relationships by understanding their organizational goals and acting as an industry expert.
