A leading telecom company is seeking a highly skilled Level 3 Support Engineer (N3) to provide expert support for Ericsson AXE environments. The role involves troubleshooting complex issues and requires strong knowledge of Circuit Switched Core platforms. This position is fully remote and offers immediate start.

Formación

• Proven experience in 2G / 3G CS Core networks with Ericsson AXE architecture.
• Ability to act as a technical N3 expert.

At First Point Group , we are looking for a highly skilled Level 3 Support Engineer (N3) with strong experience in Circuit Switched Core (CS Core) platforms to join one of our key telecom clients.

Work Mode : 100% Remote

Start Date : Immediate

Responsibilities :

• Provide Level 3 support for Ericsson AXE environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in nodes such as MSC-DB, MSC-BC, MGW (Cello, MRS), HLR (FE), and National PTS .
• Operate and maintain platforms including AXE 810, BSP8100, GMP V4, MRP, BYB501 .
• Analyze traces, performance, and service configurations.
• Work with signaling protocols : SIGTRAN, MAP, CAMEL, ISUP , and interface with SIP environments when required.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in 2G / 3G CS Core networks with Ericsson AXE architecture.
• Strong knowledge of APZ 212 processors , APG43 systems , and Ericsson I / O platforms.
• Solid understanding of signaling protocols in CS Core environments.
• Ability to act as a technical N3 expert , supporting operational and optimization teams.
• Advanced English is mandatory (written and spoken).
