We are looking for our first marketing hire to drive impact within the industry, reaching more schools and students in need of our solutions.

What You Will Do

We seek an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in Spain. This role is ideal for someone eager to attract quality leads, strengthen brand presence, improve conversions, and build long-term credibility and trust. As the first marketing hire, you will shape marketing at Esemtia and have growth opportunities as the business expands. Reporting directly to the CEO, this remote role is within Spain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing

Develop and manage marketing strategies and budgets focused on lead attraction, engagement, and conversion across all funnel stages. Set measurable objectives aligned with company goals. Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams.

  • Full-funnel Campaign Execution

Oversee multi-channel campaigns (email, digital ads, SEO, content, social media). Partner with sales and larger teams to develop lead nurturing and scoring mechanisms.

  • Brand Credibility & Trust

Refine brand positioning, messaging, and awareness. Manage online presence, SEO, social media, and industry event participation. Ensure brand consistency across all channels.

  • Content Strategy & Thought Leadership

Manage website content, SEO, and UI / UX. Create diverse content (blogs, testimonials, social media). Experiment with formats like videos and podcasts.

  • Performance Tracking & Optimization

Establish KPIs, track campaign performance, and optimize strategies. Collaborate on marketing automation setup. Analyze data for continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends.

What We Are Looking For

  • Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in SaaS and B2B sectors. Experience in education is a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of brand building, content marketing, and audience engagement.
  • Comfortable with CMS and tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Canva, Zapier, AI tools.
  • Experience managing freelancers and running webinars / events is a plus.
