The main responsibilities include:

1. Answering calls and responding to emails from customers and dealers.
2. Following up with customers until their queries are resolved.
3. Making reminder calls and tracking incidents to maximize customer satisfaction.
4. Updating databases, preparing reports, and analyzing data.

We are looking for you if:

• You have excellent command of English and are bilingual or native in Dutch, French, or German.
• You can travel to our offices for training.
• You are available to work weekends and rotating shifts.
• You have knowledge of document management systems.
• You possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
