Job Title : Strategic Sales Operations & Insights Lead

Designation : Strategic Sales Operations & Insights Lead

Reports to : Head of Global Sales

Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Sales Operations & Insights Lead to work closely with our global sales leadership team. You will play a vital role in driving high-priority sales initiatives, optimizing the sales funnel, and enabling performance through data-backed decision-making, CRM optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role requires a strong balance of analytical thinking, operational rigor, and communication excellence in a fast-paced, global work environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Performance

  • Partner with sales leadership to execute strategic priorities and regional initiatives.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts and insights through weekly dashboards and KPI reports.

CRM & Process Optimization

  • Oversee and manage CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot), ensuring data quality, consistency, and alignment with business needs.
  • Design and refine lead management and sales funnel workflows to enhance pipeline visibility and conversion.
  • Promote CRM adoption and ensure best practices across regional teams.
  • Develop and maintain global sales playbooks, SOPs, and enablement materials.
  • Support team onboarding, deal support, and consistent sales messaging.
  • Create clear, impactful presentations for strategy meetings, board reviews, and investor sessions.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend tracking to guide positioning and outreach strategy.
  • Collaborate with demand generation teams to improve lead quality and targeting.
  • Lead high-impact cross-functional projects with strategic implications and tight timelines.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, strategy, or business analysis in a high-growth or tech-driven environment.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and analytics tools.
  • Strong technical and data literacy—able to interpret, visualize, and communicate insights clearly.
  • Skilled in PowerPoint / Google Slides; confident in crafting executive-ready presentations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and across functions in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
  • A flexible, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
