Formación

  • Au moins 2 ans d'expérience en Service Desk / Service Operation.
  • Connaissance de la plateforme Microsoft Azure et des outils de ticketing.
  • Anglais niveau C1.

IT Support Azure Specialist – An exciting opportunity to lead and empower a multicultural team!

Experience :
  • At least 2 years of experience in Service Desk / Service Operation activities.
Skills :

Proficiency in Help Desk support, Incident and Service Request Management, Ticketing Systems (e.g., Jira, Freshdesk, Remedy, get.IT). Experience working with third-party software vendors. Knowledge of Cloud Environment / Infrastructure (Azure preferred). Basic familiarity with cloud-based visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, DataIKU) and analytics tools (e.g., HDI R, HDI Spark, Data Bricks). Monitoring and logging experience (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights). Basic experience with big data compute tools (e.g., Data Science VMs, WebApps).

Responsibilities :

Incident Management : Serve as the single point of contact for user incidents, record and categorize incidents in ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA), analyze root causes, coordinate with 2nd level support, monitor and resolve incidents, and communicate with users.

Service Request Fulfillment : Record, categorize, prioritize, fulfill, and close service requests, ensuring effective communication with requesters.

Additional Duties :

Advise end users on hardware/software, consult with support owners, manage user credentials, monitor services, prepare incident reports, implement improvements, and oversee logs and new technology integration.

Technical Knowledge / Accountabilities :

Knowledge of Microsoft Azure platform, Azure WebApps, Function Apps, ADLS Gen2, Azure Databases, Windows and Linux VMs, Azure AD, Azure Networking, Azure SaaS (Databricks, ADF), Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), container management (Docker, Kubernetes), and scripting skills.

English C1 level

Location :

Full remote, with flexible schedule and Friday intensive workday.
