Independent M&A Advisory Role for Senior Executives

We are seeking C-level executives with extensive senior management experience, industry expertise, and an interest in becoming M&A Advisors within their sector. ONEtoONE offers comprehensive M&A training and full support from investment bankers, analysts, search teams, and other resources to facilitate successful deal execution.

We are an international investment banking firm with offices worldwide, specializing in M&A advisory services for the middle market. Our network includes over 150 M&A advisors across more than 50 cities, focusing on global mid-market transactions.

Role of Senior Advisors

Senior Advisors collaborate with investment bankers, sharing fees equally (50%-50%). They utilize our M&A tools, global brand, worldwide network, and back-office support—including deal originators, analysts, target finders, marketing assistants, lawyers, IT, and other specialists—to generate deals.

Senior Advisors increase their income by creating and participating in deals and working with a global team of M&A professionals.

Candidate Profile

• Over 15 years of experience as a senior executive
• Expertise in finance and accounting
• Excellent command of English

We provide training and support to help you become an M&A advisor in your sector. A dedicated M&A team will support you throughout your journey.

You can work remotely, backed by a comprehensive team of deal originators, analysts, target finders, marketing assistants, lawyers, and IT support.
