In this role, you will be leading the team responsible for cyber offensive and threat intelligence operations at Edwards Lifesciences. This team is crucial for delivering threat insights and services that protect Edwards’ mission of providing innovative medical solutions to improve patient lives worldwide.

You will make an impact by :

1. Developing and leading the execution of high-impact cyber offensive services and products supporting the business mission.
2. Planning, leading, and executing offensive security engagements using the latest cyber threat intelligence tailored to Edwards.
3. Leading a team of cyber offensive testers/operators and threat analysts, setting clear expectations and goals.
4. Implementing and managing an effective operating model to deliver high-quality, ethical services and products.
5. Delivering high-value cyber threat intelligence products to diverse stakeholders.
6. Building cross-functional partnerships to maximize team impact.
7. Communicating complex technical information effectively to various audiences.

What you'll need :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
2. At least 10 years of experience in cyber offensive operations and leadership.
3. Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
4. Red team and/or purple team experience with planning and executing engagements.
5. Enterprise infrastructure/network pentesting experience.
6. Proficiency with OPSEC techniques, tools, and custom development for safe and ethical engagements.
7. Experience designing and deploying secure attack infrastructure.
8. Knowledge of cyber offensive methodologies and frameworks.
9. Understanding of adversary TTPs, attack patterns, and threat modeling.
10. Experience with enterprise technologies and cloud services.
11. Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills across teams.
12. Ability to develop and present reports to diverse audiences.
13. Excellent communication skills.
14. Cyber offensive technical certification.

What else we look for :

• Experience in security architecture or cyber detection and response.
• IT infrastructure or software development experience.
• Familiarity with OT/Manufacturing cybersecurity.
