Are you a hospitality student eager to launch your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? Look no further! Join us at Grand Hyatt Barcelona for an exciting full-time Management in Training (MIT) opportunity!

Embark on a thrilling journey with Hyatt and gain hands-on experience in some of the most dynamic departments in the hospitality industry.

The pace of the program, which sets a challenging schedule for each Trainee, is based on two phases :

• Executive Offices : Trainees will work closely with our Hotel Director and Leadership Committee with a focus on learning the overall operation of the Hotel.
• An intensive period of training focusing on the Trainee's agreed area of interest.

The training includes both hands-on practical experience as well as opportunities for the Trainee to develop people management skills in a variety of learning environments.

The length of the program is 9-12 months.

What We’re Looking For :

• Full-Time Commitment : This is a full-time paid Management Internship. Your schedule will be based on operational needs (may include Saturdays and Sundays).
• Housing : Please note that housing is not included.
• Work Authorization : You need to have legal authorization to work in Spain or the EU.
• Relevant Career Path : Your studies should be related to the internship and finalized up to 1 year prior to the Internship start.
• Language Skills : Advanced level of Spanish and English (written and spoken) is necessary for the role.
• Passion for Learning : We seek individuals with a strong desire to learn and grow.
