Position Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly experienced IT professional for the position of Infrastructure & Cloud Systems Administrator. The selected candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and security hardening of Ubuntu servers running Apache HTTP Server and Apache Tomcat; and the preparation of machine images on AWS and Azure for the provisioning of such servers.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Define the optimal configuration of Ubuntu, Apache HTTP Server, and Apache Tomcat for running our company solutions.
2. Ensure that our server delivers optimal performance and provides adequate means of observability.
3. Enforce best security practices on our servers in compliance with ISO 27001.
4. Develop and evolve the Packer processes in charge of the recurrent generation of machine images for Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure.
5. Support the Infrastructure and Cloud Evolution team in the development of automated procedures for the provisioning of Ubuntu servers.
