We are hiring a Jira Software Engineer to manage the Atlassian stack at Canonical, including administration, configuration, automation, and integration responsibilities. Our goal is to enable engineering and business teams to leverage Jira effectively, work on challenging projects, and make data-driven decisions.
This role is part of the Commercial Systems team, which integrates business systems to ensure reliable data flows and automate processes across the company. We work with various systems, including SaaS solutions like Jira, Salesforce, NetSuite, Greenhouse, GSuite, and others, using tools like Python, Go, Airbyte, and Temporal to improve data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
Location: This role can be based anywhere in EMEA time zones.
