We are seeking a Chapter Lead and Product Manager for the BestSecret SAP S/4HANA Fashion Management solution within the Master Data Management (Governance) domain. You will be responsible for enabling and guiding the design and development of integrated solutions that meet current and future business needs.

Your Responsibilities

1. Expertise in Master Data Management: Maintain recognized expert knowledge in the domain and provide definitive advice.
2. Roadmap Development: Orchestrate the development and design of the roadmap for the current S/4HANA Digital Core solution and oversee the delivery of planned solutions, including integration with peripheral systems.
3. Data Governance: Promote best practices in Master Data Governance and support process and organizational development to align with the business model.
4. Technology Assessment: Support external environment analysis and assess emerging technologies for potential impacts, threats, and opportunities.
5. Solution Architecture: Contribute to lean solution architecture development, review, and verify software or data modeling designs for security and scalability in line with IT governance standards.
6. Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations regarding solution delivery, process alignment, and technology development to support business queries and continuous improvement.
7. Team Leadership: Recruit, allocate resources, and mentor team members, demonstrating natural leadership and resource management skills.

Your Qualifications

1. Operational experience in SAP S/4HANA MDM with deep knowledge of core data objects such as Retail Article Master, Business Partner, Site, Seasons, Listing & Assortment, and data distribution methods.
2. Strong understanding of technical and business processes in SAP cross-functional master data management.
3. Experience with SAP Retail or Fashion solutions; prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or fashion industries is a plus.
4. Proven experience in functional consulting with a process-oriented mindset.
5. Experience in product-led solution environments.
6. Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating ideas and opinions effectively to stakeholders.
