We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Regional Finance to provide comprehensive financial analysis and reporting within the region. The role involves creating analytical dashboards, collaborating with financial analysts for FP&A analysis, supporting monthly reporting, and generating detailed reports on P&L drivers. The Senior Specialist will lead financial initiatives, monitor financial results, support budgeting and forecasting, and ensure positive financial trends. This position is crucial for providing insights, supporting decision-making, and driving financial performance in the region.

This opening is for candidates based in Portugal, Spain, Poland, and Bulgaria.

Your Job Responsibilities

1. Create and maintain analytical dashboards for financial analysis, presenting findings to stakeholders.
2. Collaborate with regional leadership for analysis and reporting, communicating variances.
3. Develop detailed reports on P&L drivers.
4. Lead financial initiatives and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
5. Monitor financial results during monthly close.
6. Analyze variances and prepare materials for Monthly Business Review.
7. Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
8. Assist with data validation and analysis of financial metrics and KPIs.
9. Partner with business teams to gather data, identify trends, and respond to management requests.
10. Review projects to ensure positive financial trends and involve stakeholders as needed.
11. Generate ad hoc reports as required.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting roles.
• Proficiency in English (CEFR B2 or above); French is a plus.
• Experience with D365 and PowerBI is advantageous.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modeling.
• Strong analytical, numeracy, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and summarize financial data effectively.
• Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working in diverse teams.
• Experience in financial management and accounting.
• Technologically adept, with examples of process improvements.
• Experience working across multiple locations is a plus.
