As our Warehouse Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, driving efficiency and innovation in a fast-paced, high-growth environment at our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain. You'll take charge of shift planning, inventory management, and implementations of processes, ensuring smooth, streamlined workflows that maximise productivity and minimise errors.

As our Warehouse Manager, your role will be crucial to the success of our business. You will drive operational excellence by optimising efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring flawless order fulfilment. Your leadership will shape a high-performing, reliable warehouse environment, directly influencing our ability to deliver exceptional service to both our team and customers.

Your main accountabilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Optimising workload distribution and training new warehouse employees, ensuring a high-performing team and minimal errors.
  2. Managing inventory levels and budget for packing consumables and maintenance, while driving cost-effective practices.
  3. Implementing ERP and WMS systems, ensuring efficient stock control and seamless warehouse operations.
  4. Generating and analysing performance metrics to identify deviations, propose solutions, and maintain operational excellence.
  5. Streamlining workflows and fostering collaboration, enhancing productivity and reducing errors across the team.

Requirements:

  1. Profound experience in supply chain management and proficiency in inventory management software.
  2. Fluent Spanish speaker with strong English communication skills.
  3. Proven leadership experience in logistics team management, including overseeing small- to medium-scale projects.
  4. Strong reporting and documentation skills, including writing instructions and preparing Job Element Sheets (JES).
  5. Experience in Lean methodologies (5S, Kaizen) and familiarity with warehouse automation processes.

Not required but advantageous:

  1. Experience with Amazon fulfilment.
