A leading company in the travel technology sector is seeking an Account Manager to drive customer growth and retention in Spain. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in account management, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the Spanish travel industry. This role requires a proactive individual who can build relationships and deliver exceptional service while meeting aggressive sales objectives.
Proactively manage and grow our customers' portfolio while exceeding semi-annual and annual revenue goals.
Develop retention strategies and customer growth plans, generating proposals that meet aggressive sales objectives.
Responsible for developing and nurturing multiple key client relationships with customers, complemented by superior customer service.
Collaborate with the product team to create solutions tailored to exceed client expectations.
Communicate account forecasts and set sales strategies with the local Head of Sales.
Deliver world-class products and services through profitable renewals, conversions, and new sales development.
Interface with cross-functional teams including product, support, and marketing connected to projects in the Spanish market.
Maintain high customer involvement, positioning Sabre as an innovative and growing player in the Spanish market.
Present products and services confidently to all organizational levels, both internal and external.
Meet and exceed annual quotas for forecasted bookings.
Develop key vendor partnerships to secure corporate customers for Sabre.
Work with the Customer Enablement organization and other entities within Sabre to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities with other Sabre products and services.
