About The Role

We seek a proactive sales professional passionate about payments to help scale our business and build long-term partnerships. You will be the first point of contact with external providers, developing strategies that balance growth, security, and business needs. If exploring new payment solutions excites you, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay updated on digital payments, industry trends (e.g., card payments, digital wallets, BNPL), and competitor activity.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities and reliable third-party providers (e.g., PSPs, APMs).
  • Research emerging technologies to enhance our payment ecosystem.
  • Initiate contact with potential partners via outreach methods (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn).
  • Communicate product value to partners and assess the feasibility of payment solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations; submit documentation accurately and confidentially.
  • Maintain CRM updates on leads, pipeline, and deals.
  • Track and analyze deal progress and KPIs.
  • Support contract review and negotiations.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-ups to minimize gaps.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Risk, Product, Engineering, Support).
  • Follow up on action items and keep projects on track.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations during onboarding.
  • Monitor initiatives and communicate updates.
  • Support activation and maintenance of partnerships.
  • Assist in evaluating provider performance and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Organized, detail-oriented, with good note-taking and follow-up skills.
  • Proficient with Google Sheets, Docs, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Eager to learn about sales, fintech, payments, and partnerships.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team player capable of cross-department coordination.

Nice to Have

  • Experience and contacts with PSPs.

Location

We operate within CET. Applicants worldwide are welcome if within ±4 hours of CET for collaboration.
