About our partner

On behalf of our partner C&A, a multinational retail clothing brand with stores across Europe, we are seeking the best talent to join rindus. We are collaborating with their e-commerce division, headquartered in Düsseldorf (Germany). You will work in a distributed team from our Málaga (Spain) office or remotely.

What you'll be doing

Following an intensive selection process for a planning software initially for financial planning, Anaplan was chosen. After a successful MVP, Anaplan is now being rolled out further for all planning scenarios in finance and business navigation. This project involves collaboration with Anaplan and an external service provider. Internal capabilities will be developed to enable independent maintenance and development of the software. Currently, the team includes one Anaplan Model Builder, one Product Manager, supported by an Integration Specialist. We are looking for a Senior Anaplan Consultant to complete this team.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Steer development activities and collaborate closely with our Business Analyst / Product Manager and Business Stakeholders.
2. Bring deep Anaplan expertise to the team, train, and enable new resources.
3. Support the implementation project in partnership with the external provider.
4. Define Anaplan solution designs, best practices, scope, and effort estimates for new models, and review federated models.
5. Own configuration and maintenance of central models and Data Hub, maintain the data dictionary, and support defect resolution.
6. Create and manage data models, calculations, and business logic.
7. Develop and optimize planning processes and scenarios with the Business Navigation team.
8. Integrate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
9. Test and validate models to meet business needs and performance standards.

Key Relationships :

• Internal relationships primarily with IT and business teams, external with service providers and Anaplan.

What you'll bring

• Extensive experience as an Anaplan Model Builder or Consultant, preferably in finance and retail.
• Strong understanding of financial planning.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good grasp of business processes and data flows.
• Ability to understand complex business problems and design effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented, adaptable to agile workflows, and proactive.
• Degree in informatics, economics, or similar qualification.
• At least 1-2 years of Anaplan experience.
• Experience in project work and project management support.
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.
