Business Controller / Corporate Controller

Leading FMCG company located in Valles Oriental is seeking a Business Controller to support its transformation and growth objectives.

Responsibilities :

  • Analyze activity and monitoring indicators, ensuring their reliability and relevance.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company's economic management (P&L, Balance Sheet, scorecard, etc.).
  • Prepare reports on key business KPIs to monitor deviations and support decision-making.
  • Coordinate the preparation and consolidation of the annual budget, forecasts, and periodic reviews.
  • Manage and report the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Optimize management information systems in collaboration with the IT department.
  • Oversee budget processes, including sales budgets by delegation and distributors, and conduct annual reviews.
  • Analyze results, providing insights to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
  • Support operations by managing relationships with external manufacturers, from contract negotiations to product cost calculations and daily operations follow-up.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and strategic analysis of the business unit.

Qualifications :

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration.
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
  • Experience with automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
  • Analytical, rigorous, and methodical with an entrepreneurial, friendly, proactive, and positive attitude.
  • Strong relational skills and ability to generate enthusiasm.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, ERP systems (SAP, NAVISION, MOVEX, etc.), Business Intelligence tools, with knowledge of Access, SQL, Power BI being a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
