The HR manager will be responsible for all personnel-related topics in our Spanish, German, and Dutch companies, supported by the HR management system Personio. We are looking for a proactive person with a hands-on mentality in an international environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Implementation of personnel measures and personnel administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
  2. Serve as contact partner for employees and directors on all personnel-relevant issues.
  3. Prepare and control payroll accounting independently in consultation with our local payroll providers.
  4. Support and maintain the personnel management system Personio.
  5. Manage applicant processes, including creating and publishing job adverts, scheduling and conducting interviews.
  6. Continuously develop HR processes and actively participate in HR projects.
  7. Create analyses and statistics.
  8. Support external health and safety agents.
Your Profile
  1. Successfully completed commercial training with further specialization or studies focusing on business administration or personnel management.
  2. Relevant professional experience in a similar position.
  3. Knowledge of social security and payroll tax law is desirable.
  4. Hands-on mentality, independent, discreet, diligent with strong organizational skills.
  5. Proactive with strong communication skills and team orientation.
  6. Excellent MS-Office skills.
  7. Fluent written and spoken German, Spanish, and English.
