We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer, who will have the possibility to conduct service, repair, and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. Diagnoses system failures and determines the most cost-effective solutions. Escalates complex issues to higher levels of technical support or quality reporting systems. May develop new customer service/product agreements. Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory. In addition, He/She will demonstrate the ability to utilize critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems, and implement solutions. He/She will be able to communicate honestly and listen actively to create empathy with customers, colleagues, and collaborators.

Remote role based in Oviedo (North of Spain).

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferable, or a Biotech/Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma; proficient English is mandatory.
  • Open to travel (driving license is mandatory).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work autonomously, as well as a team player.
