Job Position

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner with experience in CMS to be responsible for the Software Product / Program vision and user story roadmap.

Location

100% remote position for people located in Spain.

Responsibilities

1. Own and create the backlog of user stories, lead backlog prioritization during sprint planning.
2. Refine activities on User Story Backlog to prepare user stories for development.
3. Support the Engineering team as the analysis expert, resolving blocks and dependencies.
4. Guarantee the required level of test automation.
5. Support country implementation, providing necessary skills at each project stage.
6. Drive the development of decoupled web platforms using headless CMS and modern frontend frameworks.
7. Collaborate with solution architects and DevOps team on infrastructure, leveraging AWS services like Fargate, S3, Cloudfront, and DynamoDB.
8. Ensure best practices in SEO, accessibility, and structured content (JSON-LD, schema).
9. Maintain clear documentation, roadmaps, and progress tracking via tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Experience with headless CMS platforms (AEM, Drupal, Contentful, Sanity, etc.) integrated with modern frontend frameworks.
• Familiarity with decoupled architectures and frontend/backend coordination challenges.
• Knowledge of Adobe AEM and/or Next.js is a strong plus but not mandatory; a solid understanding of headless content models and frontend integration is essential.
