What you will do in this role

  1. Build, motivate and mentor a high-functioning inside sales team to lead and drive sales conversations.
  2. Lead and coach team members through strong call coaching of their customer sales calls.
  3. Lead team to meet and exceed team targets.
  4. Document coaching outcome and agreed next action.
  5. Accurately assess risk and identify exceptional performance plans.
  6. Drive operational excellence of key center metrics including response rates, conversions, pipeline, velocity and accuracy.
  7. Have meaningful career development discussions and ensure all employees have a development plan in place focused on building capability for current and future roles.
  8. Assess team capability & build talent pipelines where needed.
  9. Spend time learning your team’s capabilities & actively build talent pipelines.
  10. Be able to design and set productivity and sales targets/quota in line with market trends.

Concentrix is a great match if you:

  1. Are native or proficient in English + any of the following languages: Italian / Norwegian / Swedish / Danish.
  2. 5+ years of sales or business development experience.
  3. 3+ years of team management experience.
  4. Bachelor's Degree or Associate’s degree required.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  6. Superior leadership skills with the ability to enable high performers to deliver and motivate under-performers to improve.
  7. Work well in a diverse team and enjoy a dynamic and changing environment.
  8. Achievement and success-driven personality.
  9. 4+ years of experience using a CRM tool (Dynamics, SalesForce or other) is required.

What’s in it for you

Full-time contract, 39 hours/week: Monday - Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.
