A leading company in intelligent sorting solutions is seeking a Sales Representative to manage customer relationships and develop new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics automation and excellent communication skills. This role requires the ability to work under pressure and a willingness to travel internationally.

Formación

  • At least two years of sales or business development experience in logistics automation.
  • Experience in technical support, planning, and design in related industries is a plus.

Libiao Robotics is a pioneer in intelligent sorting robots since 2016 and a leading supplier of flexible intelligent sorting solutions. The company developed the world's first portable, modular, and automated unit sorting system, integrating logistics automation, R&D, manufacturing, and sales of intelligent equipment.

Currently, Libiao's intelligent sorting system is widely used across various industries such as express delivery, supermarkets, retail, footwear & apparel, pharmaceuticals, catering, cold storage, publishing, and manufacturing. Over 50,000 sorting robots are operational in countries including the US, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and across Europe.

Responsibilities :

  1. Maintain and manage relationships with existing end-user customers and develop sales pipelines to meet annual sales and revenue targets in the designated region.
  2. Collaborate closely with overseas sales channels, assist in business planning, and foster long-term relationships.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and develop key customers.

Gather and analyze market trends, relay customer and market demands, and promote business development.

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in science or engineering; candidates with overseas study or work experience are preferred.
  2. At least two years of sales or business development experience in logistics automation equipment, logistics integrators, or intelligent manufacturing; experience in technical support, planning, and design in these industries is a plus.
  3. Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, resilience under pressure, and career ambition.

Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and willingness to undertake long-term overseas business trips.
