As an Office Manager Support, you will assist the office in supporting our client's Chief Technology and Transformation Officer. You will be part of this international client's internal team of 4 members : an Office Manager, an Executive Assistant, a Personal Assistant, and a Communications Officer. Your responsibilities include meeting preparation, visitor registration, event organization, information gathering, PowerPoint formatting, and ensuring all preparations are in place. You will collaborate with the office team on multiple tasks.

  • Provide full admin support for the team.
  • Assist with visitor registration.
  • Format PowerPoint presentations according to company standards.
  • Support expenses and travel organization.
  • Drive and follow up on tasks proactively.
  • Maintain and update project documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members on project updates and ensure timely follow-up of action items.
  • Work hours as per CET schedule, including full days in summer and Fridays.

What would make you a great candidate?

  • Previous experience as an Admin Support.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience with a proven track record in task management and prioritization.
  • Experience handling MS Outlook Calendars.
  • Experience with Office 365.
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
  • Highly motivated team player.
  • Experience working with remote, multicultural teams.
