Job description

We are seeking a passionate Project Manager with a focus on healthcare innovation and specialization in software medical devices. This role involves leading the development and implementation of transformative healthcare projects from conception to delivery.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between commercial and technical teams, translating customer needs into actionable specifications, ensuring our solutions meet high standards set by our health sector partners and their patients, while adhering to budget, timelines, and regulatory requirements. A key part of your role will be ensuring clients understand the technical processes and integration of our product into their systems via APIs, emphasizing the importance of technical expertise combined with regulatory knowledge for seamless integration.

What you need to achieve

1. Project planning and execution: Develop and monitor detailed project plans, manage scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring successful execution within constraints.
2. Daily customer interaction: Guide clients through technical processes, ensuring understanding of functionality and API integration.
3. Team liaison: Act as the key link between commercial and product teams, facilitating effective communication and translation of customer needs into technical specifications.
4. Technical and regulatory customer advisory: Support customers in understanding the best use cases, technical aspects, regulatory feasibility, and data protection issues.
5. Functional and technical requirements analysis: Assess project needs to align with product objectives and customer expectations.
6. Holistic view of healthcare processes: Provide comprehensive insights to aid in developing effective solutions.
7. Development specifications and documentation: Define requirements and ensure accurate product documentation.
8. Product strategy participation: Contribute to defining and refining product strategies for market relevance and success.
